离子液体[C_2 mim]BF_4对烟草愈伤组织发生及不定芽分化影响的研究

摘  要:以烟草为材料,研究了离子液体[C2mim]BF4对愈伤组织发生及不定芽分化的影响.结果表明:50mg/L的[C2mim]BF4对愈伤组织的发生无明显影响;100 ~ 200 mg/L的离子液体抑制愈伤组织形成,随着离子液体浓度的增加,愈伤组织发生速度变慢;250 mg/L的[C2mim]BF4,使烟草叶片丧失了愈伤组织化能力.高于50 mg/L的离子液体,使不定芽发生延迟,而且不定芽数量减少.离子液体浓度越大,不定芽出现得越晚、发生率越低、数量越少.The leaves of the tobacco were taken as the explants,then the effect of ionic liquid [ C2mim]BF4 on inducing callus and adventitious bud was researched. The test proved that the ionic liquid is harmful to callus and adventitious bud generation. The harmful effect of ionic liquid was different along with different content. 50 mg/L ILs isn't obvious harm to callus generation. But,when the [ C2mim] BF4 are 100 -200 mg/L in content, they inhibit obviously callus producing. The higher the ILs content is, the greater effect ILs make. 250 mg/L ILs completely blocked callus arising from leaves. The adventitious bud generation were inhibited obviously by the ILs of more than 50 mg/L in content. The greater the ionic liquid concentration is, the later the adventitious buds appear, the lower the incidence of late is, the less quantity is.
