摘　　要：目的探讨SYSMEX CS-5100全自动血凝仪对不同浓度血红蛋白、乳糜、胆红素C、胆红素F的抗干扰能力。方法使用SYSMEX干扰检测试剂盒,在CS-5100血凝仪上检测加入不同浓度的血红蛋白、乳糜、胆红素C、胆红素F干扰物的正常混合血浆中的凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,a PTT)、凝血酶时间TT(thrombin time)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fbg)结果以CV低于10%为标准,血红蛋白0-2435㎎/d L,胆红素C 0-1428μmol/L,胆红素F 0-999μmol/L,乳糜0-7050 FTU内PT的检测结果不受上述干扰物影响;血红蛋白0-1948㎎/d L,胆红素C 0-1428μmol/L,胆红素F 0-999μmol/L,乳糜0-5640 FTU内a PTT的检测结果不受上述干扰物影响;血红蛋白0-2435㎎/d L,胆红素C 0-1785μmol/L,胆红素F 0-1665μmol/L,乳糜0-7050 FTU内Fbg的检测结果不受上述干扰物影响;血红蛋白0-2435㎎/d L,胆红素C 0-1785μmol/L,胆红素F 0-1665μmol/L,乳糜0-4230FTU内TT的检测结果不受上述干扰物影响。结论该仪器具有强力抗乳糜、溶血性血红蛋白、胆红素F、胆红素C干扰的能力。Objective To study the anti-interference function of the CS-5100 automatic hemostasis analyzer produced by the SYSMEX company in different concentrations of hemoglobin,chyle,bilirubin C,bilirubin F. Methods Use SYSMEX interference reagent,we add different concentrations of hemoglobin,chyle,bilirubin C,bilirubin F into normal appearance plasma and test PT,a PTT,Fbg,TT by CS-5100. Results CV 10%,we think the results are acceptable. When hemoglobin 0-2435 mg / d L,bilirubin C 0-1428μmol / L,bilirubin F 0-999μmol / L,chyle 0-7050 FTU,the effect degree of PT can be accepted; When hemoglobin 0-1948 mg / d L,bilirubin C 0-1428μmol / L,bilirubin F 0-999μmol / L,chyle 0-5640 FTU,the effect degree of a PTT can be accepted; When hemoglobin 0-2435 mg / d L,bilirubin C 0-1785μmol / L,bilirubin F 0-1665μmol / L,chyle 0-7050 FTU,the effect degree of Fbg can be accepted; When hemoglobin 0-2435 mg / d L,bilirubin C 0-1785μmol / L,bilirubin F 0- 1665μmol / L,chyle 0- 4230 FTU,the effect degree of TT can be accepted. Conclusion The analyzer had a great ability of resistance to the interference of hemolytic chyle,bilirubin F,bilirubin C and hemoglobin.
