摘 要:分析了IGBT专用驱动器EXB841的组成和触发工作原理,针对EXB841对过流故障信号不能锁存而导致IGBT损坏这一缺陷,设计了延时软关断电路加以改进,并通过Or CAD/PSpice软件进行了仿真原理图设计与仿真分析。仿真结果验证了延时软关断电路的正确性和可行性。改进后的电路已投入太阳能电源控制系统中使用,结果表明所设计的电路完善了EXB841的过流保护能力,具有良好的实用性。Firstly, the composition and trigger principle of EXB841 that is a special driver for IGBT are analyzed. Secondly, in view of the defect that the signals of over current fault in the circuit can not be latched by EXB841, and it results that IGBT is damaged. A soft-switching circuit with delay is designed to improve EXB841, and the designer of schematic diagram and the circuits are simulated by OrCAD/PSpice software. The correctness and its feasibility of the delay Soft-Switching circuit are verified by the simulation results. Improved circuit has been used in the control system that is a solar-power control system. The results shows that the ability of over current protection of EXB841 is perfected by the designed circuit. Therefore, the improved circuit has value in practical application.
