摘　　要：欲望这个主题在世界文学中频频出现,成为了一个经典的母题。以欲望为切入点,论述世界文学作品中折射出的名利欲望、复仇欲望、青春欲望、爱情欲望以及生存欲望。通过深入挖掘人类占有的有限性及欲望的无限性之间的矛盾,从而窥视人性被欲望扭曲与反噬的过程。The theme of Desire is frequently appeared in world literature and it has become a classic motif.The thesis will take this as a starting point to discuss five types of desires in the world literature including the desire for fame,the desire for revenge,the youthful lust,the desire for love and the desire to survive.By digging contradictions of endless human desire and their limited possession,we can see the distorted human desire from a different perspective.
