摘　　要：县域卫生信息化是卫生信息架构最基础的部分,是服务群众健康和改进卫生管理最直接的环节,是医疗卫生改革最重要的技术支撑。浙江省县域卫生信息化快速发展,同时面临组织机构、规划设计、资源共享和投入机制等方面的问题。深化县域卫生信息化发展,需落实规划和标准、实现数据互通和资源共享、增强数据分析和发挥决策辅助作用。County-level informatization is the lowest floor in health information framework and the most immediate platform to serve public and improve health management. It is the most important technological support for healthcare reform. In Zhejiang Province, county-level informatization develop rapidly, and meanwhile facing problems in organizations structure, planning and design, resources sharing and investment mechanism. It need to implement planning and standard, realize data interflow and resources sharing, enhance data analysis and give play to decision aid effect, in order to facilitate development of county-level informatization.
