基层中西医协同门诊医生工作站系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：基层中西医协同门诊医生工作站系统操作简单,具有人性化和智能化特点,用于基层医疗卫生机构中西医协同门诊病历书写、智能辅助开方和推荐处置治疗项目,可提高医生工作效率和医疗质量水平。通过调研和了解用户实际需求,编写设计方案,从而建立基础知识库,系统提供病历管理、智能辅助诊疗和诊疗过程辅助支持等功能,并且与区域卫生信息平台协同,打造满足基层医疗卫生机构实际业务需求并且具备中西医协同功能的医生工作站系统。系统已在杭州市拱墅区试点使用,极大地提高了医生的工作效率,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Out-patient Doctor＇s Work Station for integrative western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in primary health institutions have the characters of simple, humane and intelligent and has been used on medical records writing, smart aid prescribing and treatment programs recommended disposal to improve the efficiency of doctors and the medical quality. Through research and understanding of the actual needs of users, the functions of doctor work station includes basic knowledge database, systematic case management, intelligent diagnosis and treatment process auxiliary support were designed and collaborated with regional health information platform to build an out-patient doctor＇s work station which can meet real business needs of primary health care institutions and can collaborative integrative medicine. The information system has been applied in Hangzhou Gongshu District and has greatly improved the efficiency of doctors and has good economic and social benefits.
