摘 要:目的:探讨以事实为依据的医疗纠纷答复制度及应用效果。方法:建立以医疗纠纷前期接待、"专家讨论会"、后期答复为流程的制度,比对2012年制度应用前和2013年制度应用后1年间158(95/63)例医疗纠纷引入途径平均耗时及激烈程度。结果:应用制度前后(2012/2013)平均耗时(天)为:20.8±5.2/6.4±3.1(P<0.01);激烈程度(评分)为:4.14±3.75/2.75±1.68(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:以事实为根据的医疗纠纷答复制度对医患双方统一认识、尽快进入解决途径效果良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of medical dispute answer system based on the fact. Method: Medical disputes response system involves three procedures named early reception of medical dispute, the "seminar" to find the fact and replying were established. The average time of medical disputes and the intense degree and resolve rate before(2012) and after(2013) the application of this system(95/63) were compared. Results:The average time before and after application system were 20.8 +5.2/6.4+3.1 respectively(P0.01). The intense degree were 4.14+3.75/2.75 +1.68 respectively(P0.01). Conclusions:The medical dispute answer system based on facts gets good effectiveness on both doctors and patients to unify understanding and solving medical dispute.
