摘 要:研究使用P204[二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸]与NSpa(芳香酯类萃取剂)进行协同萃取,以除去磷酸中的铁杂质。考察了萃取剂配比、相比(有机相与水相的体积比)、萃取时间、萃取温度、震荡转速等因素对磷酸中铁萃取率的影响。实验结果表明,铁的单级萃取率最高可达83.93%。实验条件:萃取时间为50 min,萃取温度为303 K,震荡转速为200 r/min,萃取剂配比为0.6 mol/L NSpa、1.4 mol/L P204,相比为5∶1,使用磺化煤油作为稀释剂。这一研究结果对于高浓度磷酸的净化与杂质铁的回收及综合利用具有重要价值。The synergistic extraction process to removal iron impurity from phosphoric acid was studied by adopting P204 (Di-(2-ethyl Hexyl) phosphoric acid) and NSpa (aromatic ester extractor) as the extractors.The influences of proportioning of extraction agents, phase ratio (volume ratio of organic phase and aqueous phase), extraction time, extraction temperature, and shock rotation rate on the iron extraction rate were investigated.Results showed the highest extraction rate of single stage reached 83.93%, under the optimal conditions : extraction time of 50 rain, extraction temperature of 303 K, shock rotation rate of 200 r/min, the NSpa concentration of 0.6 mol/L, P204 concentration of 1.4 mol/L, and the phase ratio of 5:1 .The sulfonated kerosene was used as the thinner.The result showed a great value for the purifying high-concentration phosphoric acid and for the recovery and utilization of iron impurity.
