摘  要:以氯化法金红石型钛白粉浆料为原料,通过制浆分散、湿法研磨、硅铝包覆等后处理工序制备出氯化法金红石型钛白粉成品,其包覆硅、铝质量分数分别达到3.039 7%、2.762 0%。讨论了粒径及粒径分布对产品性能的影响,确定湿法研磨30 min可将粒径控制在0.15-0.35μm范围,达到后续表面处理工序对原料粒径的要求。采用X射线荧光光谱仪和分光色差仪对产品进行性能分析,其性能达到国际知名牌号的水平。With ruffle titanium dioxide slurry produced by chloride process as raw material ,through the post-processes of dispersion, wet grinding, and Si-Al coating etc., the rutile titanium dioxide powder product was produced.The mass fractions of Si and Al were 3.039 7% and 2.762 0% ,respectively.The impact of particle size and distribution on the product performance was discussed.The particle size could be controlled within 0.15-0.35 μm by wet grinding for 30 rain,which could meet requirement of the post-processing.The product was tested by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and colorimeter, and the performances could reach the international famous brand level.
