摘  要:采用沉淀浸渍法,以尖晶石结构的纳米铁酸镍为磁性基质,成功制备了S2O82-/ZrO2-Al2O3-NiFe2O4磁性固体超强酸催化剂。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、氮气吸附-脱附、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对样品进行表征。结果表明,在n(锆)∶n(铝)∶n(镍)=1∶3∶1条件下制备的纳米催化剂,比表面积高达313 m2/g,表现了超顺磁特性。将催化剂应用于合成乙酸正丁酯反应中,在n(乙酸)=0.2 mol、n(乙酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶1.8、催化剂加入量为1 g、反应时间为2 h条件下,酯化率达到93%以上。催化剂重复使用结果表明,该催化剂可以重复使用5次,是一种新型友好的绿色催化剂。S2O8^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3-NiFe2O4 magnetic solid superacid catalyst was prepared by precipitation impregnation method, with nano-sized nickel ferrite with spinel structure as magnetic matrix.The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) ,nitrogen adsorption-desorption ,and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) etc..Results showed that under the condition of n (Zr) :n (Al) :n (Ni) =1:3:1 ,the specific surface area of the prepared nano-catalyst was up to 313 m^2/g and it exhibited superparamagnetic features.The magnetic solid acid catalyst was used in the synthesis of butyl acetate reaction,The optimal conditions for synthesis : n ( acetic acid ) =0.2 mol, n (acetic acid ) :n (n-butanol) = 1 : 1.8, catalyst added amount was 1 g, and reaction time was 2 h.The esterification rate reached of 93% or more under the above mentioned conditions.Meanwhile experiments showed that the catalyst can be used 5 times repeatedly.Therefore,it is a new greenfriendly catalyst.
