成都市暗娼人群安全套使用现状和影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的描述成都市暗娼人群艾滋病感染现状及安全套使用情况;了解影响成都市暗娼人群安全套使用的主要因素,为制定艾滋病防治策略和干预措施提供依据。方法按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》的要求,采用统一的问卷和检测试剂,对2 165名暗娼人群进行问卷调查和血清学检查。结果本次调查的暗娼人群平均年龄为27.9±7.5岁;未婚、在婚/同居者所占比例分别为46.0%、47.7%;文化程度以初中为主(54.6%);艾滋病相关知识知晓率为90.5%;最近1次和最近1个月安全套使用率分别为73.3%、41.5%;安全套使用的主要影响因素有场所档次、年龄、文化程度、前一个工作地点、艾滋病知晓、诊断性病、接受干预、艾滋病病毒检测。结论低档场所、高年龄、低文化程度暗娼人群安全套使用率低;干预服务是提高安全套使用率的有效手段。Objective To describe the AIDs epidemic status and condom usage in female CSWs in Chengdu and to analyze the associated factors, thus to provide reference for the AIDS prevention strategies and interventions measures. Methods According to the requirements of “National AIDS sentinel surveillance plan” , question- naire survey and serological examination were both conducted in 2165 female CSWs in Chengdu with unified questionnaires and detection reagents. Results The average age of the participants was 27.9 ± 7.5, 46.0% were single and 47.7% were married; 54. 6% were of junior high school education. The awareness rate of HIV - related knowledge was 90. 5%, the rate of last episode condom usage and the consistent condom usage with clients in the last month were 73.3% and 41.5%. The associated factors for condom usage with clients in- eluded grade of the places, education, age, the former work place, HIV - related knowledge, diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases, with history of intervention and HIV antibody testing. Conclusion For CSWs in Chengdu, low - grade places, with higher age and low educational attainment are associated with lower rate of condom usage. AIDS - related intervention is recommended as effective to improve condom usage among female CSWs.
