摘 要:基于误差和数据处理理论并利用MATLAB工具,对曲柄滑块机构运动误差的分析计算模型进行了研究。分析了机构初始间隙的形成、变化过程与机构误差的关联,阐述了机构运动特征指标与机构运动误差分析的关系;建立了曲柄滑块机构的运动学分析模型,给出了机构误差特征指标的计算方法;以机构误差特征指标为基础建立了机构误差的合成与分配计算模型;通过MATLAB软件的仿真计算,揭示了机构误差特征指标的变化规律,为合理确定机构尺度允差和进行后续的动态误差分析提供了理论依据。Based on error and data processing theory and by using MATLAB tools, analysis and calculation models slider- crank mechanism motion errors were studied. It analyzed the initial gap formation and institutional change process and its relationship with institutional errors, and elaborated indicators and their kinematic characteristics of motion error analysis and institutional relationships. The kinematics analysis models of slider-crank mechanism were established and calculation method of mechanism error was given. The synthesis and distribution calculation models of mechanism error were built on mechanism error characteristic index. The variety rules of mechanism error characteristic index was opened out by simulation calculation of MATLAB software. The theory evidence was provided about dynamic precision analysis and mechanism dimension franchise defined rationally.
