摘  要:构建了新型转炉炉壳与托圈连接装置SHBar(Slide Hinge Bar)的空炉动力学理论模型,并采用商业动力学软件验证其正确性。在此理论模型的基础上,研究了转炉带钢水倾动的SHBar连接单元的受力。通过实例验证,分析出当空炉旋转时三个连接单元的受力均是周期确定的交变载荷,以及每个连接单元受力幅值随相位角的变化规律;并进一步分析了转炉带钢水倾动时,三个连接单元的载荷在钢水的流动与倾动过程中所受的影响及其特性变化。研究结果为SHBar的优化设计提供了可靠地理论依据。Dynamics theory model of the novel linking device of converter shell and trunnion ring SHBar (Slide Hinge Bar)/s constructed during the empty converter shell rotation,and its result is proved by commercial dynamics computation software. Then, the three linking units forces are deeply studied based on the constructed theory model, when the shell is rotated with liquid steel fiUed. According to the example validation, the three linking units forces are proved that they are cyclic loadings with their own fixed periods, and the rules of their magnitudes and phases are also analyzed. Further, the affection and characteristic of the three cyclic loadings are analyzed with the flowage and dump of liquid steel in the shell. This research provides reliable basis for the design and simulation of SHBar.
