摘　　要：在高等教育经费渠道多元化的时代,社会筹款已成为国内外诸多大学领导肩负的重任之一。然而筹款过程中涉及相关伦理问题,筹款伦理不仅关涉大学募款行为的正当性也关系到未来大学筹资事业的可持续发展。通过对大学筹款伦理内涵、价值和产生伦理冲突的诱因分析,探讨大学筹款规避伦理风险和管理危机的实践策略,以期为我国日益蓬勃的高校基金会管理提供经验。Social fundraising has become one of the major tasks on the shoulders of university leaders both at home and abroad in the era of diversified channels for university funding. However, how to abide by ethics not only concerns the realization of present profit but also concerns the sustainable development of university fundraising in the future as university fundraising involves ethics issues. Through analyzing connotations, values and inducements of ethical conflict the tactics of avoiding ethical risk and managerial crisis are explored in the hope of providing experience for the management of China＇s increasingly booming foundations in universities.
