摘　　要：文章首先指出信息技术政策在促进社会经济发展方面的积极作用,然后介绍863计划和信息高速公路计划的相关信息技术政策及计划的影响并对信息技术政策进行比较性分析,最后提出信息高速公路计划中信息技术政策的运用实践可以为我国提供一些启示。The artiele firstly indieates that information teehnology poliey has positive effeets in promoting the development of society and eeonomy, seeondly introduces the information technology polieies in 863 Program and Information Highway Program, the programs＇ influenees and analyzes these policies by using a eomparative method, finally points out the implementation practice of the information technology polieies of Information Highway Program can provide some enlightenments for us. 6 refs.
