摘　　要：文章选取国外51所院校医学图书馆,分别从面向对象、提供服务类型、服务方式等方面了解其健康信息服务发展状况,分析国外健康信息公益性开发特点,借鉴国外医学图书馆在促进公众健康方面的实践经验,为我国医学院校图书馆健康信息资源公益性开发提供参考。In this paper the research on health services of medical libraries in 51 selected universities abroad was conducted, which was analyzed respectively from the object - oriented, the types of service, service mode, etc. The authors summarized the characteristics of public health information resources development, extracted foreign experiences of medical libraries in promoting public health, which could make suggestions for our medical libraries to exploit health information for public. 20 refs.
