摘　　要：《临床输血技术规范》实施以来,各地血型实验室都开展ABO及Rh（D）血型的测定。ABO血型是临床输血最主要的红细胞血型糸统,随着临床用血量的逐年上升,稀有和疑难血型也随之增多。我们在用微柱凝胶卡检测血型中,发现1例血型正反定型不一致,现报告如下。1病例介绍患者,女,75岁,2013年8月到我院就诊,入院诊断：右股骨颈骨折,拟手术治疗.Identify the real blood of patients within ABO blood group system,provide a reliable guarantee for the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Use microsphere gel method and tube method,to detect and analyse the blood group serology of patients.Patients with ABO blood group was Aint.When there are difficulties in detection of blood group with the influence factors on the blood group serological examination,it should take different method for detection of blood type,and ensure safe and effective clinical blood transfusion.
