摘 要:为全面掌握蜂产品市场的发展现状,推动蜂产品市场的可持续健康发展,为中国的生态文明建设助一臂之力,利用SCP模型对蜂产品进行市场分析,搜集相关调研数据,对蜂产品的市场结构、行为和绩效进行系统的探讨,并对三者的相关性进行分析,指出蜂产品市场结构和行为方面存在的问题。经分析发现:蜂产品市场结构、行为、绩效三者两两之间的相关程度均较高,相关系数在0.5以上;蜂产品市场集中率较低,产品差异化程度小,进入壁垒较低但退出壁垒较高;蜂产品市场营销手段薄弱,出口蜂蜜的RSCA从1990年的0.86下降为2012年的0.05,新产品研发力度有待加强。因此,应从蜂产品原料生产、加工、营销等环节采取有效措施促进蜂产品市场的健康永续发展。To fully grasp the current development of bee products market,promote the sustainable and healthydevelopment of bee products market,and to construct our ecological civilization,the author applied SCP modelof industrial organization theory to bee products market and collected relevant research data.Then marketstructure,market behavior and market performance of bee products were explored systematically,theircorrelations were analyzed,and issues existing in the market structure and market behavior were pointed out.The analysis showed that a high degree of correlation existed between any two of market structure,marketbehavior and market performance.The correlation coefficient was above 0.5.Bee products market had lowconcentration.Bee products differentiation was not obvious.The market had low barriers to entry but highbarriers to exit.Marketing of bee products was weak and the RSCA of honey exports declined from 0.86 in1990 to 0.05 in 2012.Research for new products needs to be strengthened.Therefore,effective measures ofraw materials production,products processing,marketing and other aspects should be taken to prompt healthyand sustainable development of bee products market.
