草街航电枢纽施工期安全通航问题及措施

摘　　要：施工期如何满足通航要求并保证通航安全,是草街航电枢纽工程实施阶段必须解决的问题。文章在分析草街航电枢纽区通航条件及施工导流方式的基础上,阐述了提高施工期通航条件和能力的应对措施。措施采用后,通航条件明显改善。How to meet the navigation requirements and to ensure the safety navigation during the construction stage of Caojie navigation-power junction lock project is the problem that must be solved. We analyzed the navigation conditions and river diversion modes of Jialing River Caojie navigation-power junction, and discussed the measures on how to enhance the navigation conditions and capacity during the construction stage. The navigation conditions are improved obviously after adopting the measures.
