摘 要:压实是建筑施工中的一道基本工序,现代施工对压实技术及机械设备的要求越来越高。介绍课题组近10年来在压实技术及机械设备领域的研究进展。为实现压路机的数字化设计,基于CAD和CAE技术分析以及压路机试验得到的数据库,构建了压路机参数化设计与分析平台;为探索高效、节能的压实方法,开展了高频压实技术、多频压实技术、仿冲击压实技术、真空压实技术、混合动力技术和整机电控技术研发;以改善压实度、可靠性与舒适性为主要目标的整机性能提升研究与实践,提升了我国压路机性能的整体水平;针对压实工艺的研究与应用,提高了压路机的使用效能。Requirements for the compaction are ever higher in both technique and the equipment as it is a basic operation in the modern construction work.The text introduces research and development job of the assignment team in the technique and equipment for the last 10 years.A platform has been built up for digital design and analyses of the compactor,which is a data base resulted from tech analyses and tests of the rolling machines and as based on CAD and CAE.Further research and development jobs have been done for way-out to highly efficient and power saving compaction,in the field of high frequency,multi frequency,simulated impaction,vacuum compaction,mixed power,and integral electric control for the whole machine,so as to improve the operational function and comfort as the key note,thus upgrading tech level of the compactor at home,along with higher working efficiency through research and development and application of the compaction.
