摘  要:目的探讨PLA-PTMC/GDNF复合导管对脊髓损伤功能恢复的影响。方法我们采用RT-PCR的方法对GAP-43的mRNA表达进行分析,从基因水平上来检测植入PLA-PTMC/GDNF复合导管与其他治疗组GAP-43基因表达上的差异。结果术后第2周时,A组、B组、C组和D组的GAP-43mRNA相对表达水平与正常组相比明显增高;术后4周时,B组和D组的GAP43mRNA表达与第2周时相比明显增高,与A组和C组相比明显增高,有显著性差异;术后6周时,D组的GAP-43mRNA表达仍明显增高,与A组、B组和C组相比增高有显著性差异;第8周时各组GAP-43mRNA表达均有所下降,但D组的GAP-43mRNA相对表达水平与A组、B组和C组相比仍高,有显著性差异。结论 PLA-PTMC/GDNF复合导管更有利于轴突再生的修复连接和脊髓损伤的功能恢复。Objective To explore the influence of PLA-Poly-PTMC/GDNF on the mRNA expression of GAP-43 in spinal cord injury of rats.Methods To explore the mRNA expression of GAP-43 at molecular biological level with RTPCR to make certain the difference between PLA-PTMC/GDNF and others.Results A,B,C,D groups showed high protein expression at 2 weeks,and there is no significant difference among these groups.B,D groups had significant higher expression at 4weeks than that of two weeks.D group showed high protein expression at 6weeks than other groups and all groups showed higher expression.At 8weeks,all groups showed lower expression of GAP-43 mRNA,but D group showed more expression than others.Conclusion PLA-Poly-PTMC/GDNF is more helpful for axon regeneration spinal cord recovery.
