深度镇静麻醉下行腹腔内镜检查的诊断效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨深度镇静麻醉下行腹腔内镜检查的诊断效果及安全性。方法选取我231例腹腔内镜检查患者为研究对象,根据其意愿分成深度镇静麻醉组(A组,n=161)和非麻醉组(B组,n=70)两组。比对两组患者内镜检查前后血压、心率及血氧饱和度等指标变化情况,记录其相关并发症发生率。结果 1检查前,两组患者在血压、心率及氧饱和度对比上无明显差异(P>0.05);插镜时,B组上述指标除氧饱和度同检查前无异外,其余均较检查前明显提升,而A组同检查前对比无明显改变,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);退镜时,两组患者各指标均较检查前无明显差异(P>0.05);2内镜检查中,A组恶心呕吐及咽部不适者各1例,发生率为0.6%,躁动者10例(6.2%),同B组的30例(42.9%)、21例(13.0%)和24例(34.3%)对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔内镜检查患者予以深度镇静麻醉方案,临床应用效果显著,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy and safety of deep sedation anesthesia downlink peritoneal endoscopy.Methods in our 231 cases of peritoneal endoscopy patients as the research object,according to its will into deep sedation anesthesia group（group A,n=161）and non anesthesia group（group B,n=70）of two groups.Changes of blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation and other indexes before and after comparison of two groups of patients endoscopy,record the related complications.Results before the examination,no significant difference between the two groups of patients in blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation contrast（P〉0.05）;inserted mirror,the above parameters in B group oxygen saturation with check before no variation,the rest were obviously inspection before lifting,and no obvious change in A group with check before comparison with statistical significance difference comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）;back mirror,two groups of patients were checked before each index had no significant difference（P〉0.05）;the endoscopy,A group of nausea and vomiting and pharyngeal discomfort in all 1cases,the incidence was 0.6%,10 cases of restlessness（6.2%）,30 cases of with the B group（42.9%）,21cases（13%）and 24cases（34.3%）contrast differences are significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion deep sedation should be for patients with peritoneal endoscopy anesthesia scheme,clinical effect is remarkable,worthy of popularization.
