摘　　要：目的借助数据挖掘方法对文献报道治疗早期糖尿病肾病的中医经验方进行分析,研究药味组成和配伍规律。方法文献检索自建库至2013年的中国知网等5个文献数据库,通过统一的检索式,双人筛选并录入信息,以SPSS clementine12.0对清洗后的数据行频数统计、GRI关联规则算法分析。结果共纳入文献134篇,方剂137首,涉及药物154味。通过频数分析筛选常用药32味,出现频率最高药味依次为生黄芪、丹参和生地黄。关系网络模型得出治疗的主药,生黄芪、丹参、生地黄、山药、川芎及山茱萸,相互间存在强关联性。关联规则得出药物配伍规律22条。结论应用多种数据挖掘方法,系统总结了目前治疗早期糖尿病肾病经验方的药物组成配伍规律,为临床用药和进一步的科学研究提供数据支撑。Objective With the help of data mining method,the literature of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy experience analysis,research of ingredients and compatibility rules. Methods Data were obtained from CNKI etc. 5 databases through the creation of each database to 2013. Through the unified retrieval model,two authors extracted data and Input information. After data cleaning,SPSS clementine12. 0 was used for data mining,such as frequency analysis and GRI association rules algorithm analysis. Results A total of 134 literatures,137 prescriptions and 154 herbs were selected. After frequency analysis,32 herbs were considered as the most frequently used medicine,with Radix Astragalus,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge. and Radix Rehmannia Glutinosae being the top three herbs. Relations network model is concluded that the main medicine of treatment,usage of Radix Astragalus,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.,Radix Rehmannia Glutinosae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Ligusticum wallichii and Fructus Corni Officinalis were closely related with each other. A total of 22 association rules were identified. Conclusion Frequency and combination pattern of current Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy were identified by data mining,which could be the basis of further studies regarding treating diabetic nephropathy with Chinese medicine.
