中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽防治草酸铂的周围神经毒性

摘　　要：目的评价中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽防止含草酸铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性的疗效和安全性。方法 60例恶性肿瘤患者分为2组:试验组用中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽治疗30例,对照组单用钙镁合剂联合谷胱甘肽治疗30例。结果试验组患者周围神经毒性的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组患者周围神经毒性持续的时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽防治含草酸铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性利于扩张血管、促进血流加快。Objective To evaluation the efficacy and safety of herbal hot compress plus glutathione with calcium and magnesium infusions prevent and treat the peripheral neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin. Methods The 60 cases of malignant tumor patients were divided into two groups： The test group used herbal hot compress plus glutathione with calcium and magnesium treatment 30 cases. The control group used glutathione with calcium and magnesium infusions treatment 30 cases. Results Peripheral neurotoxicity of the test group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,the duration of the peripheral neurotoxicity of test group were significantly less than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of herbal hot compress plus glutathione with calcium and magnesium infusions in prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin is better than only use glutathione with calcium and magnesium infusions.
