中西医结合治疗慢性腹泻62例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗慢性腹泻临床疗效。方法将62例慢性腹泻患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组28例。治疗组给予温肾健脾方加双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,对照组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。治疗4周后对中医证候疗效做出评价。结果 2组中医证候疗效治疗组94.1%,高于对照组71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肾健脾方联合应用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗慢性腹泻效果优于单用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of integrative methods on chronic diarrhea. Methods The62 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group with 34 cases and the control group with 28 cases. The treatment group was given decoction of warming the kidney and nourishing the spleen as well as live combined capsules of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus,while the control group was given live combined capsules of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus. The syndrome effects were evaluated after 4 weeks. Results The syndrome effects of the treatment group was 94. 1% which was higher than that of the control group＇s 71. 4%,and there were significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Integrative methods were more effective for chronic diarrhea.
