摘 要:采用均匀设计法优化微波消解制样条件,然后利用逐步回归筛选变量技术求得多元回归方程,通过1st Opt的准牛顿法以及通用全局优化算法,优化了微波消解条件。利用仪器自带程序优化火焰原子化条件,并研究了吸光度随灯电流的变化趋势,得到优化的火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定条件。结果表明,该方法与EPA3052的消解方法基本一致。通过加标回收法,评定火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定消解液中银含量的可靠性。Uniform design is employed to optimize the microwave digestion conditions of cotton fabrics. The multiple regression model is obtained by using stepwise multiple regression analysis, and it is used to obtain the optimized parameters of microwave digestion by using Quasi-Newton method and Universal Global Optimization method in the lstOpt software. The atomization condition of flame is optimized by the inbuilt application program of AAS instrument, the variation trend of absorbance along with the change of light current is analyzed, then the optimal measurement condition of FAAS is obtained. The testing result indicates that the determined text method is similar to EPA 3052 (a method for microwave assisted acid digestion). The reliabilities of the FAAS method in testing the silver content in cotton fabric is confirmed by the standard sample recovery method.
