摘  要:兰姆波检测是厚度小于6mm轧制金属薄板缺陷检查的常用方法,具有传播距离远、衰减小的优点。工程上常采用脉冲反射法进行检测,在介绍脉冲反射法检测时在特定模态特点的基础上,结合不同材料和厚度的金属板材进行特定模态选择。在选择好的特定模态下结合对比样件制作了距离-波幅曲线,并应用该曲线进行缺陷位置和当量判定。When the thickness of rolling thin metal plate was less than 6mm,lamb testing was often used for defect-detection of the plate.The advantage of lamb testing was long transmissive distance and little attenuation.The method of pulse-echo was often used in engineering.Based on the characteristic of special mode when pulse-echo detection was used for lamb testing,special modes were selected by the metal plates of different material and thickness.Whereafter at the special modes which were decided previously,distance-amplitude curves were made by testing specimens.Finally the location and equivalent of defects were judged according to these curves.
