摘　　要：目的了解吉林省60岁以上人群死亡情况,为疾病防治研究提供信息。方法对吉林省2012年卫生信息系统死因监测中64 310例60岁以上老年人死亡数据资料进行统计分析。结果吉林省60岁以上老年人前5位死因顺位依次为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、内分泌营养代谢疾病,分别占老年人死亡人数的58.92%、22.48%、6.88%、2.98%、2.37%。结论以心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、慢性呼吸系统疾病、肝疾病和糖尿病为代表的慢性病已成为吉林省老年人居民的主要死因。应加强健康促进工作,积极倡导健康生活方式。Objective To study death situation of people over 60 years old in Jilin province and provide the useful information for diseases treatment and control. Methods The death monitoring of 64 310 patients over 60 years old was collected from Jilin province health information systems for statistical analysis in 2012. Results The top 5 causes of death were circulatory system diseases,malignant tumor,respiratory system diseases,digestive system diseases and endocrine nutrition metabolic diseases,making up 58. 92%,22. 48%,6. 88%,2. 98%,2. 37% of the elderly deaths. Conclusion The chronic diseases including heart head blood- vessel,malignant tumor,chronic respiratory disease,liver disease,and diabetes have become the death cause of the elderly residents in Jilin province. It is suggested to strengthen the health promotion and take care of elderly population.
