从咽论治IgA肾病

摘　　要：中医认为,伴有咽部症状的IgA肾病,主要由于感受外邪所致。"风邪入于少阴,则尿血",风热之邪,上犯咽喉,风热入里或直入少阴,结于下焦,灼伤血络,故见尿血。急性期多为风热邪毒或湿热之邪搏结于咽喉,循经下犯至肾;迁延期则多为气阴两虚证。临证采用尿血宁、养阴清肺汤等加减,药用荆芥、连翘、金银花、赤芍、玄参、僵蚕、蝉蜕等。According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,IgA Nephropathy with pharyngeal symptoms is mainly caused by exogenous evil.＂Once wind evil affects shaoyin,hematuria symptom will occur. ＂In other words,wind evil and heat evil affect the throat first,and then they go inside the body or go right into shaoyin,and then they combine at the lower jiao. As a result,the blood network is burnt and hematuria symptom will occur. During the acute period,wind and heat evils or damp and heat evils fight in the throat and eventually affect the kidney through meridians. During the lag phase,a patient will suffer fromdeficiency of qi and blood. In clinical practice,doctors often use Niaoxuening,decoction for letting out toxic material with proper amount of medicinal herba schizonepetae,honeysuckle,paeonia,scrophularia ningpoensis,bombyx batryticatus,cicada slough and so on.
