摘　　要：目的观察磁荑止泻贴治疗小儿伤食泄的临床疗效。方法将80例诊断为伤食泄患儿随机分为2组,治疗组用非药物疗法磁荑止泻贴(包括芜荑消积散敷脐及钡氧体磁片置于双侧天枢穴磁疗),对照组用西药思密达,疗程均为3 d。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁荑止泻贴治疗小儿伤食泄,能运脾化积,迅速调节胃肠功能,收敛止泻。Objective To observe the anti-diarrheal paste＇s clinical curative effect for the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods The 80 cases of infantile diarrhea randomly divided into two groups,the observation group were given the Antidiarrheal paste cincluding Wuyi Xiaoji powder apply umbilical and barium exyger press on Tianshu acpohnt. The other were needed to take montmorillonite dispersed. The course of both group was 3 days. Results The observation group＇s total effective rate was 87. 5%,better than the control group whose was 75. 0%,and the difference has statistically significances（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anti-diarrheal paste is,much more effective than the other,which is worth clinical promotion.
