摘　　要：在剖析郊区公共交通发展特征与现行规划技术评价规范不合时宜的基础上,通过引入区域城市化发展水平指标作为解析因素,详细探讨了郊区路网设施与公交网络相互影响关系及公交站点设施有效服务覆盖的机理,并相应于机理解析对公交线网密度和站点覆盖率两项常用的规划技术评价指标提出了具体改良说明和量化方法,可为郊区公共交通规划工作提供实用参考。On the basis of analysis of evaluating improperly suburb public transit with existed layout regulation, the paper probes in details into the interrelationship of suburb road network facilities with public transit network and effective service coverage of public transit station through introduction of urban development level index as computing. The paper also expounds the modification and quantification of two common evaluation indexes such as the density of public transit network and the coverage of station as a practical reference of suburb public transit layout.
