摘 要:以高浓度的盐水为分散相,通过分散聚合方法制备了预交联聚丙烯酰胺分散体系(PCPD),并通过微孔滤膜渗流装置考察了PCPD浓度、交联比、放置温度和盐浓度对该体系封堵性能的影响。结果表明,质量浓度150mg/L的PCPD在压力50kPa下对孔径1.2μm微孔滤膜的封堵效果良好;PCPD的封堵能力与其浓度成正比,与交联比成反比;体系具有良好的稳定性,在45℃下放置30d或者在90℃下放置15d,均可对微孔滤膜形成有效封堵;PCPD具有良好的抗二价盐能力。Pre-crosslinked polyacrylamide dispersion(PCPD) was prepared by dispersion polymerization in high salt concentration aqueous media.Effects of the mass concentration,the crosslinked ratio,the laying temperature and the concentration of salt on the plugging properties were studied systematically through membrane filtration measurement.The results showed that PCPD with the mass concentration of 150 mg/L could plug the membrane of aperture of 1.2μm even effectively under the pressure of 50 kPa.With the increase of PCPD mass concentration,the plugging performance became better. With increase of the crosslinked ratio,the plugging performance weakens.PCPD had good stability,which could form effectively plugging for microporous membrane under 45℃ for 30 dor under 90℃for 15 d.Also,PCPD had excellent resistance to bivalent salts.
