摘 要:目的:优化连花清瘟胶囊带式真空干燥的关键工艺参数。方法:以干浸膏的水分以及有效成分(连翘酯苷A、绿原酸)含量为评价指标,对影响真空干燥的主要因素(干燥温度、加料速度、履带速度)进行优选及验证试验。结果:优选干燥工艺参数为干燥温度50-60℃,加料速度20L/h,履带速度18cm/min。2次验证试验结果表明,干燥后干浸膏的水分、连翘酯苷A含量、绿原酸含量分别为4.8%、4.6%,1.76、1.78mg/g,5.04、4.95mg/g。结论:优选后的真空带式干燥工艺稳定、可行。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the key parameters of belt vacuum drying technology for Lianhua qingwen capsules. METHODS: The key impact factors of vacuum drying as drying temperature, feed rate and track speed were optimized and veri- fied using the moisture content of dry extract, forsythiaside A and chlorogenic acid as evaluation index. RESULTS: The parameters of optimized vacuum belt drying technology were as drying temperature of 50-60 ~C, the feed rate of 20 L/h and the track speed of 18 cm/min. The results of 2 verification tests showed that after drying, the moisture content of dry extract and the content of forsy- thiaside A and chlorogenic acid were 4.8%, 4.6% ; 1.76 mg/g, 1.78 mg/g; 5.04 mg/g, 4.95 mg/g, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The optimized vacuum belt drying technology is stable and feasible.
