电针配合腰背肌锻炼治疗黄韧带肥厚型腰椎管狭窄症临床观察及治疗体会

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合腰背肌锻炼治疗黄韧带肥厚型腰椎管狭窄症临床疗效。方法采用电针配合腰背肌锻炼的方法治疗黄韧带肥厚型腰椎管狭窄症患者117例。结果 117例黄韧带肥厚型腰椎管狭窄患者,痊愈56例,显效33例,有效15例,无效13例,总有效率92.04%。结论在电针治疗的基础上配合时机得当、循序渐进的腰背肌功能锻炼可有效缓解黄韧带肥厚型腰椎管狭窄症患者临床症状,疗效满意。Objective To observe the curative effect of lectric acupuncture combined with lumber and back muscle exercise on lumber spinal stenosis with hypertrophic ligamentum flavum. Methods 117 cases of lumber spinal stenosis （ligameutum flavum hypertrophy type） were treated with electric acupuncture combined with lumber and back muscle exercise. Result 117 cases of lumber spinal stenosis with hypertrophic ligamentum flavum, healed 56 cases, 33 cases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases, 13 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 92.04%. Conclusion Electric acupuncture combined with appropriate and step by step lumber and back muscle exercise can effectively relieve hypertrophic yellow ligament in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease clinical symptoms, curative effect is satisfied.
