摘　　要：针对新闻出版行业标准体系和标准的特点,提出了一种符合新闻出版行业的一致性测试方法。该方法首先按照标准本身的层次结构设计标准的结构化方案,分析标准之间的一致性关系;然后建立新闻出版行业标准词库,并对词库进行优化对标准内容分词,提高分词准确性;最后,采用向量空间模型VSM的句子相似度算法计算标准内容的相似度值,实现一致性测试。经过对标准的测试,实验结果表明该测试方法能测试出新闻出版领域标准之间的一致性。According to the news publishing industry standard systems and standard features, conformance testing method is proposed in line with the news publishing industry. Firstly, in accordance with the standard itself hierarchy structured program design criteria, consistency relationship between analytical standards; then it is established press and publishing industry standards thesaurus, and optimized for the thesaurus to improve word accuracy; Finally, using the vector space model VSM sentence similarity algorithm to calculate the standard content similarity value, consistency tests. Through the standard test, the experimental results show that the test method can test out the news of consistency between the publishing field standard.
