摘　　要：基于小儿脑瘫痉挛产生的基本病理学机制,结合中医病机认识,依据现代神经生理学研究,将针灸、推拿与现代解剖相结合,形成具有中西医结合特色的针灸、推拿治疗策略,提出了以任务为导向的传统功法治疗策略。Based on the basic pathological mechanism of spasticity in children with cerebral palsy and combination of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis as well as research on the basis of modern neurophysiology,acupuncture,massage and modern anatomy combine with acupuncture and massage and traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment strategy characteristics forms.It puts forward the traditional method in treatment strategy.
