中药敷贴外治疗法治疗乳腺增生病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中医外治法治疗乳腺增生病的疗效和评价其安全性。方法:应用随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照的研究方法,将52例乳腺增生病患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予散结乳癖贴膏外敷,对照组给予散结乳癖贴膏模拟剂外敷。疗前与疗后观察乳房疼痛、乳房肿块等指标变化及血清雌、孕激素水平。结果:治疗组患者总有效率96.10%,对照组42.30%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:散结乳癖膏外用治疗乳腺增生病,可以很好的减轻患者的乳房疼痛症状,软化并缩小乳房肿块,调节患者黄体期激素水平的平衡。具有明显的行气活血、散结消肿止痛的作用。Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods：The random,double blinded,placebo control study method was used.52 qualified patients of breast hyperplasia were divided into two groups randomly.The therapeutic group used the Sanjie Rupi Plaster and the control group used simulation of Sanjie Rupi Plaster.Before and after treatment,we observed breast pain,breast lumps and other indicators and measured the estrogen as well as the progestin level of patients.Results：The therapeutic group＇ s total effectiveness was 96.10% and that of the control group was 42.30%.Conclusion：Sanjie Rupi Plaster can release the mamma＇ soreness,soften the breast lumps and adjust the patients＇ hormone level for hyperplasia disease patients.It is revealed that Sanjie Rupi Plaster has positive effect on promoting qi and activating blood,resolving mass and eliminating tumors and relieving pain.
