从虚劳干血治疗糖尿病视网膜病变44例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:以糖尿病视网膜病变为研究对象,采用针药并施的治法,改善并阻止病情发展,提高临床疗效,进而为DR治疗提供新的思路与方法。方法:将44例(88眼)糖尿病视网膜病变虚劳干血证的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各22例。治疗组给予中药和针灸结合的治疗方法,对照组口服西药,通过对治疗后视力、眼部体征、视野、眼底荧光造影、OCT的比较,总结和评价其疗效。结果:两组治疗后比较,治疗组患者视力、视敏度、眼部体征等观察指标均明显改善,优于对照组。结论:具有通络祛瘀、补虚生新作用的中药结合针灸的疗法能够提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视力、视敏度,眼部体征,具有良好的治疗效果。Objective：Taking the diabetic retinopathy as the object of the research,to employ the acupuncture and Chinese herbs to improve and prevent the state of illness and to improve the clinic curative effect so as to offer new thinking and method to treat DR.Methods：Forty-four cases（88 eyes） of DR were divided into treatment group and control group,22 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Chinese herbs and the control group with western medicine.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect after treatment between two groups through the changes of eyesight,ocular signs,visual field,FFA and OCT.Results：The treatment group was better than the control group.It had significantly improved the eyesight,visual field and ocular signs.Conclusion：The therapy of acupuncture and Chinese herbs could ameliorate the eyesight,the visual field and the ocular signs of the DR sufferers and has good clinic curative effect.
