马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合痔疮胶囊治疗痔疮疗效观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合痔疮胶囊治疗痔疮临床意义及安全性评价,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将112例患者按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=56)和治疗组(n=56)。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合痔疮胶囊治疗。两组患者一般资料对比结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可对比性。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率(94.64%)显著高于对照组(73.21%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后临床症状脱出、疼痛、渗出液及水肿与对照组比较明显改善,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);而出血及糜烂比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合痔疮胶囊治疗痔疮临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状且无明显的不良反应发生,安全可靠,具有重要临床研究价值,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect and the safety of Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment combined with Hemorrhoid Capsule in the treatment of hemorrhoids and to provide the reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：112 patients in accordance with the random number table were divided into the control group（n = 56） and the treatment group（n =56）.The control group received western medicine treatment group and the treatment group received Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment combined with Hemorrhoid Capsule.General information in the two groups had no significant differences（P〈0.05） with comparability.Results：After treatment,the treatment group＇ s total efficiency（94.64%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（73.21%） and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the clinical symptoms emerge,pain,and edema and exudate in the treatment group improved significantly and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05） while there was no significant difference of bleeding and erosion between two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference of adverse reactions incidence between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment combined with Hemorrhoids Capsule in the treatment of hemorrhoids has significant clinical effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms without significant adverse reactions.It is safe and reliable and has important clinical research value.It should be widely applied.
