中西医结合治疗风寒湿阻型翼外肌痉挛37例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗风寒湿阻型翼外肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:将74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组37例给予自拟中药方加超短波理疗,对照组37例给予单纯超短波理疗;比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组相比较,差异有显著性。结论:自拟中药方治疗风寒湿阻型翼外肌痉挛具有十分显著的疗效,有利于患者病情的恢复,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of spasm of lateral pterygoid muscle disease（wind-damp syndrome）.Methods：74 patients with spasm of lateral pterygoid muscle disease were randomly divided into two groups,including 37 patients of the control group with conventional Western ultrashort wave treatment and 37 patients of the observation group with a combination of Chinese medicine and Western ultrashort wave treatment.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 91.89%,significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative medicine in the treatment of spasm of lateral pterygoid muscle disease has a very significant effect,which is worthy of wider promotion and application.
