摘  要:目的:优选仙鹤草中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以芦丁为对照品,用紫外可见分光光度计测定仙鹤草总黄酮的含量。以总黄酮收率为指标,通过正交试验法优选仙鹤草总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为50%的乙醇,8倍量溶剂,回流提取2次,每次提取1 h。结论:该提取工艺经济、合理、可行,可为仙鹤草总黄酮的提取提供依据。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of the total flavonoids in Agrimony.Methods:The content of total flavonoids in Agrimony was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as the standard control.The yield of flavonoids was considered as the indicator to optimize the main influencing factors of extraction of Agrimony by orthogonal test.Results:The optimum extraction process was using eight times the amount of 50% ethanol,extracting 2 times,one hour for each time.Conclusion:The extraction process is economical,reasonable and feasible and it can provide the basis for the extraction of Agrimony.
