摘　　要：Fas/FasL系统是细胞凋亡信号转导途径的重要通路,Fas/Fasl系统是诱发肾脏多种细胞发生凋亡的蛋白。文章从fas/fasl系统的生物学特性、细胞凋亡信号通路、与系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的关系及中医药对凋亡基因FAS、FASL表达影响的最新研究成果等方面加以论述,分析了中医药对其表达的影响,并指出了现阶段对Fas/FasL介导细胞凋亡系统研究中存在的问题,为未来研究fas/fasl系统指明了方向。Fas/FasL system is the important pathway of apoptosis signal transduction pathways and can induce a variety of kidney cells apoptosis.From the biological characteristics of Fas / Fasl system,cell apoptosis signaling pathway and the relationship with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and traditional Chinese medicine on apoptosis of Fas and Fasl expression genes in latest researches,we analyzed the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on the expression and pointed out the present stage of Fas / Fasl mediated apoptosis system research and pointed out the direction for future research.
