摘 要:油田每年由于修井作业、原油储存等原因产生大量的含油污泥。主要对目前含油污泥的成份进行分析,提出将含油污泥制成调剖剂用于注水井调剖,充分利用污泥成份中固体含量取代颗粒调剖体系,实现含油污泥无害化处理的目的。通过室内实验筛选低成本聚合物以及交联体系,调剖体系强度大于15 000 m Pa·s,岩心封堵率90%,比常规调剖体系封堵率高3.5%。通过模拟现场三种不同的模式,进行封堵实验,从中选择最佳注入模式,形成区块整体调剖方案设计方法,对实施参数进行优化设计,在新立油田现场试验5井次,累计处理含油污泥2 200 t,经济创效105.4万元,投入产出比1∶1.5,经济效益明显。Oilfield crude oil storage and annual workover operation may generate a lot of oily sludge.Conducted is analysis on main components of oily sludge and put forward is the idea that oily sludge is used to make profile control system for water injection well profile control.Solids in oily sludge components are fully used to replace particle profile control system so as to reduce oily sludge volume needed to be treated.In indoor experiment,screened are low cost polymer and crosslinking system and their profile system strength is more than 150 00 mPa·s with core plugging efficiency of 90%,3.5%more than conventional profile control system.Simulated are three different modes at site,conducted is the plugging experiment and selected is the optimal injection mode from design methods to form the whole block profile control scheme.Optimized are design parameters,implemented is field test in 5 wells of Xinli Oilfield with cumulative treatment of oily sludge 2200 t,income reaches up to 105.4×10~4 Yuan(RMB).the ratio of input to output reaches up to 1:1.5 and economic benefit is very significant.
