摘 要:随着汽车逐渐走进千家万户,汽油的消耗量与日俱增,石化行业重要的存储设备汽油储罐的作用和地位越来越高,但汽油储罐的腐蚀穿孔渗漏或泄漏往往给企业带来巨大的经济损失,同时造成严重的生态环境污染,甚至人员生命损失,尤其自20世纪90年代以来,我国大量进口含硫高的中东原油和大量应用生物燃料,给储罐和石化设备在如何解决随之而来的高硫腐蚀和微生物腐蚀问题上带来了巨大挑战。加强对汽油储罐腐蚀部位和特点的研究,弄清其腐蚀机理具有重要的现实意义,可以为防腐措施的制定提供科学依据。With the improvement of people's living standards,the cars gradually enter the tens of thousands of households,accordingly,gasoline consumption grows with each passing day.Gasoline tanks,the main storage equipment of petrochemical industry,become more and more important.Due to corrosivity of gasoline,storage function of gasoline tanks is easy to be damaged by corrosion perforation and leakage,which frequently brings huge economic loss to production enterprises,results in serious environmental pollution and ecological damage and even endangers the life safety.Since the 1990 s,a lot of crude oil with high sulfur content has being imported from the Middle East and a large number of biofuels have being used in China,high sulfur corrosion and microbial corrosion have being threatened petrochemical storage facilities including gasoline tanks.Strengthening researches on position and characteristics of gasoline storage tank corrosion and making clear its corrosion mechanism are of important practical significance,which can provide scientific basis for preparing corrosion control measures.
