摘 要:通过监测污水处理厂进水水量与水质、污染物沿程去除特性和微生物活性,并采用物料衡算方法,研究A2O(其中缺氧/好氧段为氧化沟工艺)与V型滤池组合工艺的强化脱氮除磷性能。污水处理厂进水水量具有季节性变化特征;进水COD、BOD和TP浓度随进水量波动变化不大。雨季进水BOD/TN与BOD/TP值均略大于旱季对应值,且平均值分别为4.24和39.28。在A2O系统中,COD大部分在厌氧池被去除,在缺氧池和好氧池内没有显著变化;厌氧池、缺氧池和好氧池对NH+4-N的去除率分别为60.8%、10.8%和22.8%;厌氧池和好氧池对TP的去除率分别为30%和25.3%,在缺氧池无显著变化。氨氧化速率、亚硝酸盐氧化速率和反硝化速率分别为1.9、1.2和4.2 mg/(g VSS·h);经计算,硝化速率能满足系统去除NH+4-N的需求,但反硝化速率不能满足脱氮需求。V型滤池主要去除SS、TP和部分COD,其去除率分别为44.4%、79.6%和31.3%。通过物料衡算分析,去除的TN中反硝化和微生物合成贡献比例分别为50.7%和49.3%;去除的TP中有96%是由微生物和深度处理共同去除,其中有约85%由微生物去除,另11%由深度处理去除。Abstract: The performance of the combined process of A20 and V-type filter for enhanced nitro- gen and phosphorus removal was investigated by monitoring the influent quantity and quality of the WWTP, pollutant removal characteristics and microbial activity along the treatment process and using mass balance. The influent quantity presented seasonal variations, but the concentrations of COD, BOD and TP had little variation. BOD/TN and BOD/TP values during the rainy season were higher than that during the dry season, and the average values were 4.24 and 39.28 respectively. Most of COD was removed in the anaerobic tank, and the COD concentration did not significantly change in the anoxic and aerobic tanks in the A20 system. The removal rates of NH4+ - N were 60.8%, 10.8% and 22.8% in the anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic tanks respectively. The removal rates of TP were 30% and 25.3% in the anaerobic and aerobic tanks respectively, while the TP concentration did not significantly change in the anoxic tank. Ammonia oxidation rate, nitrite oxidation rate and denitrifcation rate were 1.9, 1.2 and 4.2 mg/( gVSS·h) respectively. According to the calculation results, the nitrification rate could a- chieve the complete removal of NH4+ - N, while the denitrification rate could not. The V-filter removed most SS, TP and partial COD, and the removal rates were 44.4%, 79.6% and 31.3% respectively. According to the mass balance analysis, the contributions of denitrification and biosynthesis to TN removal were 50.7% and 49.3% respectively, and 96% of TP was removed by microorganisms and advanced treatment, in which 85% was removed by microorganisms, and 11% was removed by advanced treatment.
