摘 要:总氮冲击可影响污水厂的稳定运行和达标排放。采用32析因试验对规模为25 m3/d的CAST中试装置进行了现场研究,调节因子为污泥回流比和充水比,装置进水TN均值为该污水厂设计值的2.5倍,出水TN浓度为响应因子。在冲击负荷条件下,无应急调控措施的出水TN浓度升高(p<0.01),且达不到一级B排放标准。提升污泥回流比和减小充水比的应急调控措施可降低TN冲击负荷对出水TN值的影响(p<0.01),污泥回流比呈负效应而充水比呈正效应,且污泥回流比的效应值低于充水比。在6 h运行模式下采用应急调控措施的出水效果优于4 h运行模式的,若在微曝气阶段外加碳源可促进反硝化从而保证出水TN浓度达标。降低充水比和提高污泥回流比需统筹考虑污水厂的实时进水流量和污泥回流设备的工况,并结合曝气系统的工作模式和外碳源投加,以获得最佳的综合调控效果。The stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant can be affected by the TN shock loads. An in situ factorial experiment was carried out using a pilot-scale CAST reactor with capacity of 25 m^3/d. The adjustment factors were influent ratio and sludge recycle ratio. The influent TN concentration was 2.5 times that of the designed TN value, and the effluent TN concentration was the response factor. Under the condition of shock loads, the effluent TN concentration without adjusting measures was in- creased (p 〈0.01 ), and did not meet the first level B discharge criteria. The adjustment of sludge recy- cle ratio and influent ratio could reduce the influence of TN shock loads (p 〈 0.01 ) on the effluent quali- ty, showing negative and positive effects respectively. Adjusting the recycle ratio produced a lower effect than adjusting the influent ratio. The operation mode with 6 h had advantage over the operation mode with 4 h in the effluent quality with emergency control measures. Adding carbon sources in the micro-aeration stage could improve the denitrification process thus ensuring that the effluent met the discharge standard.The strategies of reducing influent ratio and improving sludge recycle ratio need to be integrated with the real-time influent rate, sludge recycle equipment capacity, and to be combined with the working modes of aerators and the addition of carbon sources in order to achieve an optimum adjustment effect.
