摘 要:以处理含双酚A模拟废水的SBR活性污泥系统为研究对象,考察了污泥毒性的形成规律及其与运行参数的关系;同时,采用明亮发光杆菌T3的发光抑制率和黑麦草种子的发芽特性分别表征污泥的微生物毒性和植物毒性。结果表明,活性污泥毒性的增大是由微生物降解双酚A过程所致,污泥毒性对明亮发光杆菌T3生长和黑麦草种子发芽均有一定的抑制作用;缩短SRT和HRT可降低污泥毒性,明亮发光杆菌T3表征的污泥毒性可从30.23%下降到18.64%,黑麦草种子发芽指数和发芽率均有一定的提高。The toxicity formation of activated sludge in SBR in treating synthetic BPA wastewater and its relationship to the operating parameters were investigated. The microbial toxicity and phytotoxicity were characterized respectively by inhibitory rate of Photobacterium phosphoreum T3 sp. and germination characteristics of ryegrass seeds. The results indicated that the increase in toxicity of activated sludge was caused by the process of BPA biodegradation. The toxicity of activated sludge had an inhibition effect on growth of Photobacterium phosphoreum T3 sp. and germination of ryegrass seeds. When SRT and HRT were shortened, the sludge toxicity characterized by Photobacterium phosphoreum T3 sp. could be reduced from 30.23% to 18.64%, and the germination index and rate of ryegrass seeds were improved.
