摘 要:对浓盐水进行处理并利用是实现资源循环利用及保护生态环境的一项重要工作,也是环保领域所关注的热点问题。采用喷雾蒸发技术对高浓度盐水进行深度处理,分别考察了空压机压缩空气气压、加热空气温度及流量、浓盐水进水流量等因素对蒸发量和蒸发率的影响。结果表明,该喷雾系统处理工艺的最佳工况是:空压机压缩空气气压为0.3 MPa,加热空气温度为250℃、流量为64 m3/h,浓盐水进水流量为11 L/h;在最优工况下可将146 790 mg/L的浓盐水浓缩到351 880 mg/L,且不会受到结垢问题及腐蚀设备问题的影响;浓盐水的浓度升高对冷却水浓度没有明显影响。The treatment and utilization of concentrated brine is a hot issue concerned with envi- ronmental protection industry as well as an important work which contributes to realizing recycling utilization of resources and protecting ecological environment. The concentrated brine was further treated with spray evaporation technology. The effects of pressure of compressed air from air compressor, temperature and flow rate of heating air, and feed rate of brine on the evaporation capacity and rate were investigated. The results showed that the optimum operating conditions of the spraying system were pressure of the com- pressed air of 0.3 MPa, temperature of the heating air of 250℃, flow rate of the heating air of 64 ma/h and feed rate of brine of 11 L/h. Under optimum operating conditions, the brine of 146 790 mg/L could be concentrated to 351 880 mg/L, besides it would not be affected by equipment fouling and corrosion. The increase of brine concentration had no significant effect on the cooling water concentration.
