摘 要:黄沙坨油田为裂缝—孔隙双重介质特征、正韵律沉积的火山岩油藏,注水开发产量递减大,采油速度低,转变开发方式十分必要。开展发泡体积、半衰期等性能进行评价实验,优选了SDS作为发泡剂;通过长岩心模型驱替实验,确定了泡沫的最佳气液比为2∶1;利用数值模拟的方法,研究不同注采垂向位差对驱替效果影响,最终确定了"低注高采"的气驱方式。现场开展了1个井组的先导试验,与气驱前对比,井组平均日增油8.2 t/d,含水率降低4.3%,累计增油3 517 t,阶段投入产出比为1.0∶2.1,氮气驱先导试验的成功开展,拓展了氮气驱的应用领域,具有重要的指导意义。Huangshatuo Oilfield is a volcanic rock reservoir featuring dual medium( fracture- pore) and positive rhythm sedimentation; the production decline through water injection development is large and the production speed is low. The change in development mode is of great necessity. Evaluation experiments such as foam volume and half cycle are made and SDS is selected as foaming agent; through displacement experiment conducted in long core model,the best gas/liquid ratio of foam is fixed to be 2∶ 1;numerical simulation is used to study the effect of different vertical position on displacement effect; finally,gas drive of'low injection and high production'is used. In the field,one well group of pilot tests is conducted. As compared with the conditions before gas drive,the daily oil production increased by 8. 2 t/d on average,the water cut decreased by 4. 3% and the cumulative oil production increased by 3 517 t. The phased input/output ratio is 1∶ 2. 1. The success of the pilot tests by using nitrogen gas drive ex-tends its application,which is of instructive significance.
