摘  要:特稠油油藏在蒸汽驱后期往往存在吸汽剖面不均、蒸汽波及体积减小、热效率降低等问题,严重制约了蒸汽驱采收率的提高,而蒸汽驱后转氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽驱能有效提高波及系数,增加蒸汽波及体积。以河南油田某井区油藏参数为基础建立机理模型,在此基础上对特稠油油藏蒸汽驱后转氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽驱各影响因素进行分析,最终通过正交数值实验分析方法确定其主控因素。结果表明,采注比为氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽驱的主控因素,各因素对采出程度的影响程度大小的排序为采注比、注入段塞体积、注汽强度、发泡剂浓度、气液比。研究结果为特稠油油藏蒸汽驱后期最优方案的制订提供了依据。At later stage,steam flooding of super- heavy oil reservoir is often characterized by uneven steam absorption profile,reduced steam sweeping volume,and lower thermal efficiency,which severely restrict the enhancement of recovery. Adoption of nitrogen- foam assisted steam flooding after steam flooding may effectively enhance sweep efficiency and enlarge steam sweeping volume.Mechanical model has been established on the basis of reservoir parameters in a well block in the Henan Oilfield to determine controlling factors for nitrogen- foam assisted steam flooding after steam flooding in super- heavy oil reservoirs. Eventually,orthogonal numerical tests are conducted to determine such controlling factors. According to test results,the most important controlling factor is the injection/production ratio. As far as the contribution to recovery is concerned,these factors can be prioritized as follows: injection/production ratio,volume of the injected plug,steam- injection intensity,concentration of foaming agent and gas/liquid ratio.Relevant research results may provide solid foundation for selection of optimal programs in later stage of steam flooding in super-heavy oil reservoirs.
